Once an Emergency Professional has received your communication he/she will be able to have access to your medical background before even reaching you thus saving any need to ask you for this vital information (in some emergency cases you might be unable to communicate verbally).
All the medical information and answers given to the emergency person can be transmitted to the hospital prior to admittance which will help to ensure the best course for treatment.
